| CAL Sensors’ IDA Series - PbSe / PbS Detectors with an Integrated Preamplifier 01 Sep 2010 Prototypes of Cal Sensors’ IDA-series (IR detector assembly) were introduced in Europe for the first time earlier this year. The PbSe and Pbs detectors in a TO-8 housing feature an integrated Peltier cooler and thermistor. An AC-coupled preamplifier with an amplification factor of 10 is also integrated. | |
